Sanjay Gala, Founder and CEO of SMARTe, has spent more than 20 years solving one of the most persistent go-to-market challenges: poor data quality. He built SMARTe into a Gartner- and Forrester-recognized platform trusted by more than 100 enterprises across 200+ countries, helping B2B revenue teams move from guesswork to precise targeting, compliant outreach, and measurable pipeline growth.
A serial entrepreneur and bootstrap veteran, Sanjay was also the Co-Founder of Zycus Inc., another data-driven software company. He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University, where his thesis focused on implementing neural network algorithms using semiconductor chips. He is also the holder of three U.S. patents.
Outside of work, Sanjay enjoys hiking, marathon running, singing, and spending time with extended family and friends. He is also passionate about career coaching, using his network and 35 years of global experience to help others grow professionally.
