SMARTe made it very quick and easy to get started. Once I activated my account I was doing lookups and getting information within minutes. It was extremely easy to implement and had multiple ways to access information. We used this platform daily not just for our sales and marketing efforts, but also for our clients and their marketing efforts as well. The chrome extension made it a seamless integration into the daiy workflow of our account executives. And in the rare case we did have an issue or a question, the team was very responsive with customer support.
