Crono.one Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Pros and Cons

Quick verdict: Crono.one is an AI sales execution platform that puts prospecting, enrichment, multichannel sequences, CRM sync and AI agents in one place. It scores well with European SDR teams of roughly 2 to 20 reps running HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio. The catch sits in the pricing page. Seat minimums mean Pro starts at €158 per month and Ultra at €595, not the €79 and €119 you see advertised. Data accuracy for US contacts is the other thing to test before you sign.

Crono.one gets searched by teams tired of paying for three tools that half-overlap. One for data, one for sequences, one for reporting. Crono's pitch is that you stop stitching those together.

I looked at the pricing page, the platform pages, and what reviewers actually complain about. The product is real and the AI agent layer is genuinely interesting. The cost math is where people get caught out.

Prices below are from Crono's own pricing page at the time of writing, in euros. Check them before you buy, because vendors in this category reprice often.

Crono.one review scorecard

Crono.one review scorecard, rating the platform across seven buying criteria.
What you are buying for Score Why
European SMB and mid-market outbound 8.5/10 Strong fit, good support, fast onboarding
Multichannel sequencing 8/10 Email, calls and DMs in one flow, unlimited on paid plans
AI agents 8/10 Five agents from EUR 99/month flat, not per seat
CRM workflow 7.5/10 HubSpot, Pipedrive and Attio on Pro. Salesforce is Ultra only
Contact data accuracy 6/10 Vendor-claimed 84 to 85%, weaker for SMBs and non-US contacts
Value at entry price 6/10 Seat minimums double the headline cost
US-heavy or enterprise use 6/10 Thin US review evidence, lighter governance than Outreach

Overall: 7.5/10. Good platform, honest feature set, priced for teams rather than individuals.

What is Crono.one?

Crono.one is an AI sales execution platform for B2B revenue teams. You search for accounts and contacts, then enrich them. You run email, call and DM sequences. Everything syncs to your CRM, and you report on it from one workspace.

Crono says 300+ B2B companies use it and claims 85%+ enrichment accuracy across 10+ data providers.

The positioning matters. Crono is not competing with a pure email tool. It wants to replace the stack sitting between your database and your CRM. That puts it in the same conversation as the best sales engagement platforms and the newer AI BDR tools.

Who Crono built it for

SDR and AE teams at SMB and mid-market B2B companies, heavily weighted toward Europe. Reps who live in LinkedIn and email all day. Sales leaders who want to see execution, not just outcomes.

Crono.one features reviewed

Prospecting and lead sourcing

You find leads inside the platform with filters, import lists in bulk, or grab contacts with the browser extension while you browse. Lists sync to your CRM with duplicate prevention built in.

For reps who already build their prospecting list off LinkedIn, the extension does the job without a CSV round trip. It sits in the same category as the other Chrome extensions for SDRs that rely on page scraping plus a lookup.

Contact enrichment and the waterfall model

Crono searches 10+ databases in sequence for the same contact and charges one credit only when it finds something. That is the standard waterfall enrichment model, and the charging rule is fair.

Accuracy is where I would slow down. Crono's own pages say 84% in one spot and over 85% in another. Vendor numbers, not audited benchmarks. Your hit rate shifts with geography, seniority and company size. A 200-contact test on your real ICP tells you more than any pricing page claim.

Reviewers flag weaker results for small businesses, freelancers and contacts outside the US. If you sell into the States, test that first, before anything else.

Multichannel sequences

Email, phone and DM steps in one sequence. Build them by hand or generate them with AI, then mix automated steps with manual tasks a rep has to approve.

What you get:

  • Unlimited sequences on every paid plan
  • Templates, smart actions, A/B testing and AI rewriting
  • Manual task steps for reps who want control before an action fires
  • 3 mailboxes per user on Pro, 10 on Ultra
  • Call steps through Aircall or Ringover on Pro, Crono's own dialer on Ultra

This is Crono's strongest area. One sequence can hold an email, a DM, a call task and a CRM update. If you have been building a sales cadence across two separate tools, this collapses it.

Buying signals and lead scoring

Ultra adds job changes, company news, website visits and what Crono calls hot conversations. Scoring blends those signals with engagement and CRM activity.

That shifts a rep from working the list to working the accounts closest to a decision. Useful if volume is high and prioritization is guesswork. Buying signals only pay off when someone acts on them. Write a rule for what a rep does when a score jumps.

Worth noting for budget: signals and scoring are Ultra only. If signal-based GTM is your strategy, Pro will frustrate you fast. Tracking job changes alone is often the reason teams upgrade.

AI agents

The Agentic Sales Engine is an add-on from €99 per month and works on every plan. Five agents:

  • Signal-Based Sequence Agent spots an event and builds a sequence for it
  • AI Personalization Agent writes using CRM and external context
  • Intelligence Agent watches quiet contacts and triggers re-engagement
  • Qualification Agent filters leads before they hit the pipeline
  • Meeting Prep Agent builds call briefs, org charts and talking points

Flat pricing instead of per-seat AI fees is the right call, and it makes testing cheap. Agents still burn AI credits though, and they still need a human reading the output. Qualification and personalization are exactly where unsupervised AI sales agents embarrass a team in front of a buyer. Plenty of the reasons AI SDR programs fail come down to nobody checking what the agent sent.

CRM, integrations and reporting

HubSpot, Pipedrive and Attio on Pro. Salesforce on Ultra, along with API access and an MCP server. Also Aircall, Ringover, n8n, Clay, and 50+ tools listed on Crono's platform page.

The MCP piece is newer and worth a look if your team is building AI workflows on top of your stack. It lands in the same territory as the growing set of MCP servers for sales.

For RevOps, the useful parts are custom fields, field mapping, CSV import and export, workflow logic and reporting. Crono markets custom KPIs, multi-pipeline views and role-based reporting, which is more than a sequencer usually gives you.

Crono.one pricing explained

Three plans: Pro, Ultra, Enterprise. Annual or quarterly billing, with seat minimums that change the math.

Plan pricing and the real starting cost

Crono.one plan pricing, showing advertised per-user rates, seat minimums and the real monthly cost.
Plan Annual Quarterly Minimum seats Real monthly cost
Pro €79/user/mo €99/user/mo 2 €158 annual, €198 quarterly
Ultra €119/user/mo €149/user/mo 5 €595 annual, €745 quarterly
Enterprise Custom Custom 50+ Custom

Read the per-user part carefully. A two-person team cannot buy Pro for €79 a month. It pays €158. A five-person team cannot buy Ultra for €119. It pays €595. That five-seat floor on Ultra is a real barrier for a team of three that needs Salesforce sync.

What each plan includes

What the Crono.one Pro, Ultra and Enterprise plans include, feature by feature.
Capability Pro Ultra Enterprise
Multichannel sequences Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited
Mailboxes 3 per user 10 per user Unlimited
Email Finder credits 500/mo 1,000/mo Tailored

How Crono credits work

Three separate pools, and they drain at different speeds.

  1. Enrichment credits for business emails and social URLs
  2. Mobile credits for phone numbers
  3. AI credits for generative actions like rewrites and template generation

Enrichment and mobile credits only get deducted on a successful result, even when Crono queried several providers. AI credits vary by action. A single rewrite costs less than generating a full outreach strategy.

Add-on credit prices

Crono.one add-on credit prices for email, mobile, AI and VoIP, with the effective unit cost.
Credit type Starting pack Price Unit cost
Email Finder 100 €10 €0.10 per email
Mobile Finder 100 €50 €0.50 per mobile
AI credits 10,000 €69 €0.0069 per credit
VoIP minutes 200 €10 €0.05 per minute

Purchased credits do not expire, and larger packs get discounts.

The costs people miss

  • Seat minimums. Two users on Pro, five on Ultra. This is the big one.
  • Mobile data at €0.50 a number. A rep working 300 dial-ready contacts a month adds €150 to the bill. Teams that run on direct dials usually end up sourcing phone data from a dedicated cold calling database instead.
  • 50 mobile credits on Pro. That is roughly two days of work for a calling-led SDR.
  • AI agent add-on. €99 to start, plus whatever AI credits the agents consume.
  • Cancellation timing. You can cancel anytime, but it takes effect at the end of your annual or quarterly term. Upgrades apply straight away.
  • One user per account at a time. Annual licenses transfer, but an admin has to do it.

What real users say about Crono

Crono sits around 4.7 out of 5 on G2, on a review base just over 100. Roughly 86% give it five stars.

The praise lands in four places. Onboarding is quick. The interface makes sense without training. Support responds fast. Folding three tools into one saves real hours.

The complaints cluster just as tightly. Contact data accuracy wobbles for small businesses, freelancers and non-US contacts. Large list enrichment runs slow. Some workflows have bugs and limited customization. Credit costs climb with volume.

One detail deserves more attention than it usually gets. In a sample of 112 reviewers, 108 were European and one was North American. That is not a knock on the product. It means the review score tells you very little about how Crono performs on US data, so you have to find that out yourself.

Crono.one pros and cons

Pros

  • Prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, CRM sync and analytics in one login
  • Unlimited multichannel sequences on all paid plans
  • Waterfall enrichment charges only on a successful match
  • Real-time CRM sync with custom field mapping and CSV import and export
  • AI agents start at €99 flat rather than per seat, so testing is cheap
  • Signals and scoring on Ultra give reps a prioritization model
  • Around 4.7/5 on G2, with support and ease of use praised again and again

Cons

  • Seat minimums push the real entry price to €158 and €595 a month
  • Four credit pools (email, mobile, AI, VoIP) make budgeting unpredictable
  • €0.50 per mobile number hurts any calling-led team
  • Data accuracy is uneven for SMB, freelancer and non-US contacts
  • Salesforce, API, MCP, signals, scoring and the native dialer are Ultra only
  • A review base near 100 is credible but thin across geographies
  • Crono states plainly that it is not affiliated with LinkedIn or Microsoft, so treat DM automation with care and know your LinkedIn limits

Who should buy Crono.one

Strong fit

  • European B2B SDR teams wanting prospecting and outreach in one place
  • HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio users who want native sync over CSV workflows
  • Teams of 2 to 20 reps running structured outbound prospecting
  • Sales leaders who want visible execution: task tracking, dashboards, alerts, team reporting against real SDR metrics
  • Teams ready to experiment with agentic outbound without a per-seat AI bill

Who should skip it

  • Solo founders and one-person sales teams. The two-seat Pro floor makes it uneconomical. Buy a sequencer and a data source separately.
  • Calling-first teams on a budget. 50 mobile credits on Pro and €0.50 a number afterwards does not work for phone prospecting at volume.
  • US-first teams. The evidence is European. Test your own ICP before committing a year.
  • High-volume data teams. Credit ceilings and enrichment accuracy become the limit, not the sequencing.
  • Enterprise buyers who need deep governance. Outreach and Salesloft are further along on admin, permissions and customization.

How to test Crono.one properly

Two weeks, real ICP, five numbers. Nothing else.

  1. Email match rate. Run at least 200 contacts across your main geographies.
  2. Mobile hit rate. Only matters if calling is a real channel for you. If it is, this number decides the whole thing.
  3. Bounce and reply rate. Compare Crono-sourced contacts against your current source, same sequence, same week. Bounces above 5% mean the data is costing you domain reputation, not just credits. Check how your own stack handles that with proper email verification tools.
  4. Sequence setup time. How long does an SDR take to launch a new play without help?
  5. CRM sync quality. Do activities, custom fields, deals and contact updates land correctly? Bad CRM data created by a sync error is expensive to unwind later.

If the enrichment beats your current provider and the CRM sync kills manual logging, the price justifies itself. If your data is already solid and you only need sequencing, a dedicated engagement tool costs less and bends more.

Where Crono fits next to a dedicated data provider

A fair thing to say about Crono: it is an execution platform that happens to include data. That is a different product from a data platform that happens to include workflows.

Teams selling into the US on direct dials usually end up splitting the job. Crono runs the sequences. A specialist provider supplies verified contacts. SMARTe covers 290M+ verified contacts with 75%+ US direct dial coverage and 50%+ global. Verification happens in real time at the point of use, which is a different model from a waterfall querying partner databases. It also pushes into Salesforce and Outreach natively and offers an MCP server for AI workflows.

I am not claiming SMARTe replaces Crono. It does not run your sequences. If your connect rate is dying on bad numbers, no amount of sequencing fixes that. A tool like SMARTe's CRM enrichment solves a problem Crono was never built to solve.

Final verdict on Crono.one

Crono has built something coherent. The sequencing is strong, the agents are priced sensibly, and reviewers like using it, which counts for more than a feature table does.

The decision is not whether Crono has the features. It does. The decision is whether its seat minimums, credit burn and data accuracy on your ICP beat your current cost per booked meeting. Work that number out on a spreadsheet before the demo, not after.

Buying software is easy. Buying the right cost per meeting is the actual job.

If phone data is the gap in your stack, book a demo to see SMARTe's global coverage in action.
